For the past 32 years, The Browning Newsletter has maintained a belief that a person is significantly influenced by the climate in which they exist. Therefore, in understanding the past and present conditions of the climate in which they live, they can use the momentum of change to their advantage in the future.

Evelyn Browning Garriss has been working on the Browning Newsletter for the past 25 years and has been the head writer and editor for the past 20.  She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Canada's Globe and Mail and other publications. She is known as "The Weather Lady" in Canada and has given presentations around the world on climate and its effect on the world.
