Roberta J Robinson

Roberta J. Robinson is a California Board Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate and Trust Law. Roberta obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law, in 1977. Ms. Robinson graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 1974.

Roberta J. Robinson helps families transfer assets to the next generation while avoiding probate and minimizing taxes. Roberta is well known for her ability to explain complex ideas in a clear manner. Because Roberta is sensitive to family dynamics, her services are delivered with compassion.

Roberta currently serves on the California State Bar Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Advisory Commission. Roberta the Co-Chair of the Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Section of the San Diego North County Bar Association. She also served as the Chair of the University of San Diego Charitable Giving Committee.
