Farsighted friends of Fannie [Royal Bank of Scotland [1] minions Charter One Financial?] forever figured fictitious financial accounting from the far side [aka the Dark Side of the Financial Force [Farce?]?]. Finding fault for fraudulent financial filings figure to fascinate fazed dazed crazed foes of Franklin’s felonious rapture, too. Frighteningly familiar fishy financial feats of fictional finance [forsaken fiduciary – Enron] felt faultless for Fastow. If Franklin finds Fastow's friendship fitting, forgoing freedom, figure one high-five to fifteen for felony fraud. Unless like Ebbers, however, should we predict the trial gets delayed until the post mortem of the Baby Bush Election, into judgeship oblivion [shades of Rhinestone Cowboy Sporkin nailing Hamilton Securities of no fraud, but sucking the milk-purse of financial discontent, none the less, from a $59 Billion flippantly lost in Mel Martinez’s martini cocktail onion – was it Beefeater’s or Tanqueray, Fast Mel?]? On the flipside of this rhyming record – Franklin’s further Four Freedoms, perhaps favors finding FIRREA faulty as a salty dog, ere he may land his blindside behind-side in jail with other partners in gin-sinning in REAS, and the realty valuation gig, since Charter One Financial, now our 7th largess of the largest, now runs the Appraisal Institute in Chicago and the realty valuation gig? Welcome to the real world of the partnership among Sir Franklin of Raines, the Appraisal Institute, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Walking on Water as a new religion paradigm was never so good! In a win-win, Franklin’s phony financials fudge found renewed corporate baking by the Royals entering the financial fudge factory – albeit they know nothing of baseball, George Brett, and cannot find Kansas City on the map [they don't play baseball in Guernsey or the Channel Islands, Fool!]. But, everyone loves a pretty how cow town, Miss Muffett sat on her Duffett, while Huff and Puff blew all their houses down. No where to go. No where to hide. Gee, but there’s no place like home where you can stash your crumpets and gin. Missouri Judge Jim Wheeler always said, “Have a little more Gin… Gin will make you Sin!” © 2004 Rob Kirby, Toronto, Ontario, Canada & Gale Bullock, Columbia, Missouri, USA *
Definitions [1] The Royal Bank of Scotland merger acquiring Charter One Financial Corporation [through a separate bank holding corporation, Citizens Financial Group, Providence, RI], [which owns REAS [Real Estate Appraisal Services, Inc.] linked to a professional realty valuation organization is a conflict of interest. REAS is the official appraisal management arm/subsidiary of the Appraisal Institute…. The banking cartel has a direct control over the realty valuation gig… in the USA. This obviously is a conflict of interest, is it not? With the Royals in power and control, it is a much bigger conflict of interest, is it not? Jumpin’ Jesus Raines and Greenie are pretty good at smoke and mirrors to ensure real estate remaineth in a trajectory to the Moon, Alice!
