We added some great links today on the real estate thing for our readers. We find some of the stuff that Dr. Roubini at NYUs Stern Business School has done pretty entertaining on real estate markets and bubbles. The housing crash blog has some nice links, some of which I have surfed, and some I shall get to later. Everything is up to date in Kansas City... they haven't gone yet about as far as they can go! Sorry Rogers and Hammerstein! Freddie Mac's bottom line for 2004 is off only 42%. I wonder if they factored in the money that they lost in the foreclosure portfolio in those accounting footnotes? Peebles at Prudentbear penned a nice little piece on flying condos. The essay is funny and humorous -- 55,000 Florida condos coming on line selling like hotcakes in the middle of a Canadian January blizzard in the Rockies! That reminds me again of a Gaggle of Lobotomized Geese in a bidding war for the condo in the sky. Instead of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, we have Flying Condo Fever. Although I scanned the other links for general content, I shall let the rest of the links speak for themselves. I never recommend reading anything that is not worthwhile.
