Bubble -- Then Trouble Ole Bear, Editor's Commentary One of our avid readers sent us the above link about the chilly market in Loudoun County, Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. Seems like the flapjacks that were selling in April 2005 hotter than firecrackers on a 100 degree 4th of July, are wilting under all that Vermont Maple Syrup. Hummm.... "They ran out of stupid people." That's the funniest line in the whole essay! As Forrest Gump says, "Stupid is, as Stupid Does, YeaYuh!" This is a nice little essay which knocks the heck out of the maxim, Location! Location! Location! I call it Market Timing! Market Timing! Market Timing! This is like having all your sell stops in place, just so you don't catch a falling knife [like Enron!]. YeaYuh! Enjoy the weekend, Folks!
