Spotlight on Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., Ph.D., J.D.
A Federal Affaire

Ole Bear, Editor's Commentary
A Federal Affaire

Back in March 2005, I was floored when my friend Vieira punched out his first essay over at News with Views called Homeland Security -- For What and For Whom?, which I read with relish since anything this guy pens has to impact real estate transfers and real estate values in the long run. OK! So my readers are wondering... who is this Vieira Kool Kat, Anyway?!!!

Well let's start with Harvard for an undergrad and a JD, and mention that he's a Member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, and just leave it at that.

Dr. Edwin is the foremost authority on the monetary systems and histories of monetary systems in the current United States from Colonial Times to the present. He is an authority on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He is an author several times over, having penned two different printings of Pieces of Eight, the authoritative text on the history of our money system, and he co-authored CRA$HMAKER -- a federal affaire with Victor Sperandeo.... a novel about the Federal Reserve and monetary fraud.

We provide links to some of his essay archives on the Constitution, Constitutional Money, and the Federal Reserve and Monetary Law. When you check the www.fame.org archives you will find some other great minds on money systems, and you probably will recognize the other authors' names quite readily, if you are breathing. Back in April 2005, I fell out of my chair when I read Don't Count on Washington to Protect Us From a Looming Banking Crisis. Well, the title of the essay really caught my eye, because one cannot have a banking crisis, without a concomitant crisis in commercial and residential real estate, but that's just my take on it.

Yes, you will find a link above, again, to Memorandum of Law: The Money Issue by Larry Becraft, Jr., a Constitutional Law and Tax Law/IRS Attorney/Legal Eagle from his website at The Dixieland Law Journal down in Huntsville, Alabama, who's also a friend of mine. The State Motto of Alabama is: "We Dare Defend Our Rights," and in Latin, Audemus jura nostra defendere. The State Motto of Mississippi where I am from as a Son of a Confederate is Virtute et Armis!, which in Latin, translates to: "By Valor and Arms!" In Columbia, Missouri the State Motto is: Salus populi suprema lex esto or "The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law." Aren't state mottoes, interesting?

Memorandum of Law: The Money Issue is about an 80 page read, that will bring you quickly up to snuff on monetary history, such that one can surf through the Vieira Essays pretty quickly. Also, Fatal Parasite and Forgotten Role by Dr. Edwin are quick-study essays to learn what's going on here about the Money Issue and fractional reserve central banking. Did you know that a Central Bank was a main tenet of the Communist Manifesto written by Engels and Marx? Well, popping everyone's bubbles, it is in fact. Do your own Google Search!

We suspect the Boys at the FED would like no one to know about Dr. Edwin. If folks are going to play around in real estate thinking that it is the best thing since sliced Wonder Bread, our readers need to be fully aware that direct market forces which positively impact real estate price are a good thing in a micro realty market. However, real estate that inflates in price because of Helicopter Ben's printing press is most suspect, while we are all partying on the decks of the RMS Titanic. There are several movies and books under different titles about the big boat... but we all know the big boat went down.
