How does
the Federal Reserve use monetary policy [and get laws
passed in its favor for the Federal Banking (Mortgage)
Cartel] at the expense of the consumer and real estate to
hold up the smoke and mirrors of the irrationally
exuberant consumer based/service based American Economy?
-- and what are the implications for real estate prices in
the micro and macro real estate market in relation to
HR1295 or what are your views on Big Brother Government
Sanctioned Predatory Lending at the Demise of the Realty
Valuation Community and the US Consumer? -- and how
[if it does] this impacts the financial markets
[including real estate]? Same question asked two different
ways!
HR1295?

What
are your views on a 40-year mortgage for American Real
Estate Properties? Why are the GSEs the leader of the
Pack? Does this impact the ability to re-invent the real
estate bubble for new highs? Is extended real estate credit
for first time homebuyers to buy more house than they can
afford a good thing for the move up real estate price food
chain? You may take either a pro or con position, but by
all means defend your essay.

Assuming
that Miss Fitts and Mr. Sanders are correct [and not
completely barking up the wrong
tree] about the Negative Return economy [as described in The
Negative Return Economy featured and linked at Realty
Reality’s homepage], what are the prospects for real
estate, both commercial and residential, in an increasing
mortgage rate environment? If you think that collateral
damage may occur, describe it.
If
you believe that rising rates won't adversely impact debt
backed realty [in a debt back legal tender
fiat
paper money system unbacked by specie] in its micro and
macro market, tell me why.

Are
there any signs of weakness or cracks in your local micro realty
market? If so, what are they and what do you see as the
ramifications of these cracks in the foundation? If there are no
weaknesses, how will your market hold us as mortgage interest rates
rise?
