Jim welcomes David Nicoski CMT, Director of Research at Vermilion Technical Research, LLC. David sees the markets as overextended, but notes that markets can stay overextended for long periods of time. He sees the general indices heading higher, along with commodities and gold stocks. Also this week, Cathlyn Harris from the PFS Group discusses an important estate planning topic, "Who Gets It When You’re Gone." In addition, Ryan Puplava gives his weekly Market Wrapup and Rob Bernard checks in with the Fixed Income Report.

Ryan joined PFS Group in 1995. He is Senior Trading Manager and works closely with Jim Puplava on PFS Group's Growth investment objective. He also contributes a monthly Market Observation to Financial Sense and co-authors In the Know—a weekly communication for Jim Puplava's clients only—with other members of the trading staff.

David Nicoski was previously a Principal and Senior Technical Analyst in the Technical Research department at a well-known investment bank and has more than 15 years of technical research experience. At his prior employer, Mr. Nicoski's responsibilities included assisting in the production and marketing of the Firm’s technical research products.

Cathlyn graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in Performance Studies from New York University. Cathlyn joined PFS Group in 2004. Her professional designations include FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam, and her financial services background includes over 12 years working with financial products, including managed futures and hedge funds. She enjoys the time she spends discussing our investments with current and potential clients.

Rob joined PFS Group in 2011 as an independent broker. With over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry, Mr. Bernard's expertise includes: Income strategies, diversification strategies, specialized high-level corporate executive strategies, particularly with SEC Rule 144-related services, long-term care insurance and variable annuities.
