Louise points out that individual Dow stocks are breaking out of long term consolidation, and that dividend-paying stocks still offer the best investment opportunity. She believes the "risk off" trade is still in charge, and telecom and utilities remain strong sectors. Louise also believes gold has to break $1640 to get to the next level.
