Evelyn Browning Garriss: Preparing For The Transition From La Niña To El Niño

Jim welcomes back Evelyn Browning Garriss, editor of the Browning Newsletter. Evelyn expects drought conditions in the US to continue up to harvest time, while very hot temperatures will continue hitting all-time records. Evelyn also expects a strong El Niño weather pattern to be in place by September. The El Niño weather pattern is positive for the hurricane season, as it usually results in weaker hurricanes, and tends to move the hurricane paths north, away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Evelyn Browning Garriss has been working on the Browning Newsletter for the past 25 years and has been the head writer and editor for the past 20. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business News Network, Canada's Globe and Mail, Financial Sense and numerous other media outlets.
