Nick Barisheff is the co-founder and President of Bullion Management Services Inc. Nick has been actively involved in the finance and investment business for over 25 years. His career began in the 1970s at the Investment Division of A.E. LePage, where he was instrumental in the conception and implementation of a new dual licensing status - securities and real estate - for members of the division. As underwriting/listing manager of the only national division, he pioneered the syndication of tax shelter real estate and was responsible for residential and commercial investment projects nationwide. Subsequently, Nick developed an investment vehicle that allowed RRSP funds to be used for purchasing raw land and acted as consultant for a number of business ventures. He developed business plans and arranged venture capital financing for a number of resort hotels in Canada and the US, a chain of franchised medical clinics, and a software development company.
