Thomas Lisack

Thomas Lisack is a General Education Instructor for Rasmussen College at the Wausau, WI college campus. He has worked in the field of liberal arts education for over 30 years. Dr. Lisack earned a Master's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. His dissertation deals with personal technology use by undergraduate students and the theory of continuous partial attention. He enjoys writing in the fields of history, education, and technology.
