Rick is an expert on all things real estate and will discuss how the wave of millions of retiring baby boomers will affect the real estate market in the coming years. Rick notes that the Great Recession has slowed the Boomers from selling in large numbers while also delaying the Millennial generation from buying their first homes. The Millennials have been slow to find their first career job, slow to marry, and are often burdened by college loan debt. Like so many other areas of our culture, Rick believes the Boomer generation will fundamentally change the real estate market in the years and decades ahead.
