Tony Buettner, Senior Vice President of the Blue Zones Project, shares his research currently featured in the latest issue of National Geographic Magazine looking at the secrets of 260 centenarians in 5 unique geographic areas around the world. These centenarians have almost no dementia or chronic disease and he discusses other telltale commonalities in centenarians that can be easily adopted. He discusses the secret of beans and what you can do to “blue zone” your own home.
