Rick Rule is the founder of Global Resource Investments and Sprott Asset Management USA Inc. (Formerly Terra Resource Investment Management). He is also the General Partner on the Exploration Capital partnerships, which are a series of successful investment partnerships that have been in operation for more than 10 years. In February 2011, these businesses were acquired by Sprott, Inc. and Rick joined the investment and management team at Sprott.

Rick began his career in the securities business in 1974 and has been principally involved in natural resource investments for his entire career. Rick has dedicated his entire life to all aspects of the natural resource industry and is considered a leading American retail broker in this particular investment field. His contacts and knowledge of the market are unmatched. Rick leads a team that features professionals who are trained in resource related disciplines and who work together to evaluate investment opportunities.
