1. How do I login?
Click Login at the top of the site in the navigation bar on a PC or click the square menu button from a mobile device followed by Login. Enter your username (or email address) and password in the appropriate fields and then click Log in.
2. What's my password?
If you don't remember your password, enter your email address into the Reset Password field on the Login page. An email will be sent with a one-time access link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your junk/spam folder or give us a call M-F 8am to 4pm Pacific at (858) 487-3939.
3. How do I listen to Newshour podcasts or shows?
All free and premium Financial Sense Newshour podcasts can be accessed from the homepage or by going to the Financial Sense Newshour page. Click the title of any podcast you'd like to listen to and then click the play button on the player. To download a podcast directly to your device, click the download button below any player or by using the download icon on the player itself (down arrow into empty tray).
4. How do I change my account information (username, email address, or payment info)?
After logging in, click where it says Account in the blue banner at the very top of the site. From there, click Edit to change your username, email address, or password. Click Stored Cards to see your payment info. Click Orders to see your order history.
5. How do I access FS Insider content through iTunes or a podcast app?
After logging in, go to your Account page and then select the Features tab where your personalized feeds are listed. Copy and paste the feed into a podcast application of your choice or use the Click to Subscribe options.
6. Why is my feed not working?
If your feed is no longer updating, your subscription may have expired or you may need to resubscribe to it from our website by logging in, going to your Account page and then selecting the Features tab where your personalized feeds are listed. Copy and paste the feed into a podcast application of your choice or use the Click to Subscribe options.
7. I am a client of Financial Sense® Wealth Management, how do I access FS Insider content?
Clients may access all premium content through Puplava.com by entering in their login information and clicking FS Insider on the left-hand side. If you have forgotten your login information for Puplava.com or need any assistance, please contact us at 888.486.3939 or email crystal[at]puplava[dot]com. Clients may also access FS Insider content through the Financial Sense website upon request. Simply email fswebmaster[at]financialsense[dot]com along with a preferred username.
