Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why did you redesign your homepage?

Financial Sense® and Financial Sense® Wealth Management (FSWM) were originally on two different websites. We have now merged the two so both clients and the public can access our educational materials, including our regular market and economic commentaries, all in the same place.

2. Where do I log in?

FSWM clients: To access all client-related account portals (Wealthscape, Tamarac, or RightCapital), click where it says "Clients" in the main navigation bar and then log in to the appropriate account portal.

FS Insider subscribers: For subscribers to our weekday FS Insider podcast, click Insider Login at the top of the site in the navigation bar on a desktop computer or click the square menu button from a mobile device followed by Insider Login. Enter your username (or email address) and password in the appropriate fields and then click Log In.

3. What's my password?

FSWM clients: If you lost or don't remember your Wealthscape Investor password, select Forgot Password? and then follow the prompts. To recover your password for Premier Account Reports, click Recover it here. If you need any assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 888.486.3939 M-F 8am to 4pm Pacific.

FS Insider subscribers: If you lost or don't remember your password for logging into the Financial Sense website, enter your email address into the Reset Password field on the Insider Login page. An email will be sent with a one-time access link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your junk/spam folder or give us a call M-F 8am to 4pm Pacific at 888.486.3939 for further assistance.

4. How do I listen to Newshour podcasts or shows?

All free and premium Financial Sense Newshour podcasts can be accessed from the homepage or by going to the Financial Sense Newshour page. Click the title of any podcast you'd like to listen to and then click the play button on the player. To download a podcast directly to your device, click the download button below any player or by using the download icon on the player itself after playing (note: you must be logged in to listen to the full version of our premium FS Insider podcast).

5. How do I change my FS Insider account information (username, email address, or payment info)?

After logging in, click where it says Account in the blue banner at the very top of the site. From there, click Edit to change your username, email address, or password. Click Stored Cards to see your payment info. Click Orders to see your order history.

6. How do I access FS Insider content through iTunes or a podcast app?

After logging in, go to your Account page and then select the Features tab where your personalized feeds are listed. Copy and paste the feed into a podcast application of your choice or use the Click to Subscribe options.

7. Why is my feed not working?

If your feed is no longer updating, your subscription may have expired or you may need to resubscribe to it from our website by logging in, going to your Account page and then selecting the Features tab where your personalized feeds are listed. If your subscription has expired and you would like to regain monthly or yearly access, click here to sign back up.

8. I am a client of Financial Sense® Wealth Management. How do I access FS Insider content?

Clients have access to all free and premium FS Insider podcasts by logging in through the Financial Sense website. To receive complimentary access, please give us a call at 888.486.3939 M-F 8am to 4pm Pacific.
