Dr. Greg Sperber is author of Playing the Game, A Step-by-Step Approach to Accepting Insurance as an Acupuncturist as well as Integrated Pharmacology, Combining Modern Pharmacology with Chinese Medicine both published by Blue Poppy. He received a masters and doctor of acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego, a medical degree from Flinders University of South Australia, and a master of business administration from National University. He has been a past president of the California State Oriental Medical Association and has taught in masters and doctoral programs at various schools in Southern California. He is currently the Dean of the College of Eastern Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences, where he led the development and implementation of the country’s first program where a student can enter an acupuncture program and leave with a doctorate without needing to get a masters degree.
