In his role as Manager, Analysis and Strategy, Bron supports the marketing of The Perth Mint’s investment products, corporate planning and business development through research and strategic analysis of the precious metal markets. He has worked in precious metals since 1994, holding a number of roles in the Mint’s Retail, Treasury, Depository, Risk and Governance areas.

He also writes regularly for his own personal blog, Gold Chat, with the goal to "contribute some reasoned and reasonable commentary without the hype; expose anonymous agendas, factual faults and logic lapses; provide information on how the [gold] market actually works; give an insight into what goes on on the other side (of the trading desk); and most importantly, have a bit of fun."
