Pamela C. Means is the President of Means & Associates, LLC, a San Diego-based actuarial and third party administrative firm, and ERISA Compliance Associates, LLC, an ERISA compliance review firm. Pam has been a pension consultant for over 30 years.

Pam is an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), a member of ASPPA’s College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA). Pam was the Co-Chair of ASPPA's Advanced Actuarial Conference, was Editor in Chief of ASPPA's technical journal, and is a frequent speaker on pension and actuarial topics.

Pam has received the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies. The Center, associated with the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Business, teaches fiduciary standards of care and investment best practices. Designees are certified to conduct investment fiduciary reviews.

Pam holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees.
