Casey Dinges serves as the Senior Managing Director of Public Affairs, Membership, and Marketing for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). His purview includes Government Relations, Communications, Civil Engineering Magazine, Infrastructure Initiatives, K-12 Outreach and Diversity Programs, as well as the Society's Membership and Marketing/Sales Divisions. He has been with the Society since 1985.
