1. How do I login?
Click FS Insider Login in the upper right-hand corner of the site under the search bar. Enter your username (or email address) and password in the appropriate fields and then click "Log in".
2. I forgot my username and/or password. How do I login?
Click Forgot Password on the FS Insider Login page and follow the instructions listed. If you do not remember either your username or your password, you can enter the email address associated to your account where a one-time login link will be sent. If you do not receive the email, first check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, there are additional instructions listed on the Forgot Password page to prevent our emails from being blocked.
3. How do I listen to Newshour podcasts or shows?
After logging in, you’ll be automatically directed to the Financial Sense Newshour page where all our shows and interviews are located in chronological order starting with the most recent at the top. Click the title of the broadcast you’d like to listen to and then click the MP3 button listed next to the guest’s photo (see red box in the image below).
If you are seeing the YouTube preview instead, make sure that you are logged in by verifying that it says My Account in the upper right hand corner of the site, refresh your browser, or try clearing your browser’s cache.
4. I am getting an access denied message
If you get an access denied message after logging in and trying to access content, you may need to refresh your browser. You can do this by hitting Ctrl+R on your keyboard or by hitting the refresh button on your browser window.
5. How do I get to My Account page?
After logging in, please do the following:
From the Newshour page, select "CLICK HERE to review your account" in the FS Insider Premium box or, from anywhere on the site, click where it says "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the site. This will take you to your My Account page.
6. How do I change my password?
After logging in, please do the following:
Step 1: Go to your My Account page (see Question 5 above)
Step 2: Click the Edit tab
Step 3: Enter a secure password in both fields (Password and Confirm Password)
Step 4: Click Save at the bottom
7. I'm logged in. Why am I only seeing the teaser and not the full-length show for subscribers?
If you are logged in and only seeing the teaser, most likely your subscription has expired or, if you know your subscription is active, you may need to refresh your browser and/or clear your cache. If you would like to check the status of your subscription, you can do so by clicking the Orders tab on your My Account page. If no order is listed or your most recent payment says "Pending", simply resubscribe by entering your current payment and billing information by visiting the Subscribe page. Make sure you enter the same email connected to your account to keep the same username and password.
8. How do I cancel recurring payments?
From your My Account page (see Question 5 above), click the Recurring fees tab, and then hit cancel. After confirming, you will not receive a charge or receive access beyond the current paid interval.
9. How do I access FS Insider content through iTunes?
From the Newshour page, click the "Your iTunes Feeds" button listed next to any FS Insider show or in your My account page (see Question 5 above on how to access your My account page), click the RSS Feeds tab. If accessing from a desktop computer, click "Subscribe on iTunes Desktop (1-Click)". You can now listen automatically through iTunes for the duration of your subscription.
To listen on any apple mobile device, click where it says "Subscribe on iTunes Mobile" and then follow the instructions listed. If you need any assistance, please feel free to give us a call or send an email using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page.
10. How do I use the RSS feed?
From the Newshour page, click the "Your RSS Feeds" button listed next to any FS Insider show, or in your My account page (see Question 5 above on how to access your My account page), click the "RSS Feeds" tab. From there, under the Standard RSS section, you can click the first link to automatically open the feed or click the second link, "Subscribe to RSS Feed (Manual)" and then copy and paste the url provided into a new window or any RSS Feed Reader. There you'll find an entire archive of all current and past shows with a link to the audio files.
11. How do I listen to previous shows?
At the bottom of the Newshour page, you can click "next" or any of the page numbers (1, 2, 3, and so on) or by visiting the RSS Feeds tab on your My Account page and clicking "Subscribe to Personal RSS Feed". This will bring up a full one-page archive of our recent programs.
12. I am a client of Financial Sense® Wealth Management, how do I access FS Insider content?
Clients may access all premium content through Puplava.com by entering in their login information and clicking FS Insider on the left-hand side. If you have forgotten your login information for Puplava.com or need any assistance, please contact us at 888.486.3939 or email crystal[at]puplava[dot]com. Clients may also access FS Insider content through Financial Sense upon request. Simply email fswebmaster[at]financialsense[dot]com along with a preferred username.
